At the Chuck Eckberg Group, we feel a principled approach to real estate must drive all of our actions. I and my team are committed to living the following:

1. Care, be authentic, and ALWAYS provide full information to our clients so they can make the best decision for themselves.

2. Require full immersion in the client’s situation. Use COLLECTIVE experience, relationships and knowledge to gain an abundance of advantages for the client within their SPECIFIC situation.

3. Be Objective. Be well-versed and willing to discuss all aspects of real estate, including renting or leasing, as well as buying or selling. Consider too whether it’s the right time for the client to buy or sell, all dictated by what is in their best long term interests. Do this regardless of how it might affect commission income.

4. Stay true to all aspects of the 6 rules of Agency Relationships. We feel these 6 rules are the most important of all, in real estate. We owe our clients and promise to:
1. Act in Loyalty, never putting out interests above what is best for the client;
2. Stay Obedient to the clients lawful instructions;
3. Disclose all meaningful aspects of a property;
4. Keep clients sensitive personal and financial situations Confidential;
5. Use Reasonable Effort in our work;
6. Be accurate in executing contracts and Accounting.

5. Lead the industry in integrity, professionalism and ethics.

6. Provide safe passage for the client to their next living situation. “Get it Done” reliably, in an orderly fashion, within predicted outcomes.

7. Help the client become experts in real estate through educating them, helping them gain a life-long advantage.

8. Work toward fostering a good relationship with the “other” side of the transaction. Be a good person out there.

9. Do more in service to the client than other Realtors do, and be better at this work.

10. Be available when clients need us. Be reliable.

11. Maximize results for the clients and provide an outstanding value to them.

12. Bring the best in staff and other professionals to the client.

13. Be worthy of the privilege of serving our clients again and again.
